I cant handle silence at all, it makes me anxious and fidgety. When I want to focus on working on my tulpa, I have hard time working in silence, though it does work better. Does anyone have suggestions on compromises, so I can both focus and work on my tulpa for longer without getting all panicked?
and in our experience, things like possession/switching/imposition just take knowing that they're possible and people do them, and we figured out how to do them ourselves pretty quick

well, they dont cause harm to the person making them
so theyre very different from DID/osdd

i have met one person with diagnosed DID who claims to be endogenic but idk what to think of that
most endos though, they don't claim to have DID at all
The term "Tulpamancy" does have roots in Tibetan spirituality and does have problematic aspects in the history of the usage of the word, but the practice itself is entirely fine. I'm not one to police language, so I don't really care if people use the term or not.
Which doesn't make it problematic. The reason so many people find it problematic is because they believe systems require trauma, and the existence of something that goes against that belief is "wrong" and is an "invasion" to their community.

It's not. Endogenic systems aren't trying to claim they have DID if they genuinely don't have it.
